Throughout the years Narender has developed, from the ground up, several international branded hotels and restaurants including Hilton Garden Inn By Hilton, Comfort Suites by Choice Hotels, Candlewood Suites by Intercontinental Hotel Group, La Quinta Inn, two Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton hotels, Denny’s diner, Prime 109 Steakhouse, Mas Fuego Mexican Restaurant, Bennigan’s restaurant, and a few Subway stores. As a visionary, he established an independent brand of elegant fine-dine steakhouse restaurants in the heart of Silicon Valley. Simultaneously Narender continued further development of hotels: granted being pre-approved for brands such as Embassy Suites Hotels, Marriott, and Intercontinental Hotels Group.
Amita is a highly respected and affectionately individual liked by all the employees and a well educated and multi-cultured executive, Amita received her masters degree in economics and double master degree in education. She is an executive administrator for Business Unlimited Group and is responsible for all key areas including Human resources, Accounting, AR and AP. Amita has special tastes in interior designing and decorations and often contribute great ideas toward decoration and color schemes.
Anshul has partaken new construction, including creating projections, institutional financing, communication with franchisors & contractors, zoning, architecture, construction, preplanning, marketing, sales, and attending all franchiser orientations & conferences. Anshul succeeds to develop new project pro-forma and financial return analysis as required by specific projects or ownership goals, as per project needs. He continually collaborates with all building departments and design consultants on design issues and specifications while maintaining total project budget. As a digital marketing problem solver, Anshul has been head of and involved with managing the day-to-day brand management, E-mail communications and CRM, Print and digital advertising, reporting and analytics, Online brand reputation & review management, Video and photography shoots, Marketing Plan completion and annual budget.
Tiffany began working in the hospitality industry while attending college. Once graduating with a degree in Business, she moved to Casper WY and began working at the Hampton Inn and Suites Casper as the Assistant General Manager. The Hampton Inn and Suites was acquired in October of 2005 by JJM Group Hotels and Tiffany became the General Manager. Since that time Tiffany has been a part of the development and construction of 4 hotels and 1 restaurant. In addition, Tiffany has assisted with brand conversions, pips, and renovations.
