Many of the hotels are franchised by top brands (i.e. Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, IHG, Novotel, and other boutique luxurious hotels) and are located in the U.S. and many parts of the world

Based in San Francisco, California, Narender Taneja has been in the commercial real estate business for over 35 years, with 29 years of college and professional education.

He worked with a large California-based broker firm and as Senior Vice President of CBRE, before joining Intero Commercial real estate, an affiliate of Berkshire Hathaway.

In 1988, after migrating from India and settling in California with a high level of education in finance, accounting, marketing, and management, Narender saw big potential in helping people buy commercial real estate. Buyers and sellers needed a detailed analysis of business and property financials; that way, sellers could seek the best prices while buyers could invest in the best-evaluated property and businesses. Narender has sold almost 100 gas stations, retail C-stores, and many other businesses as well as earned a specialization in the hospitality industry.

Year after year, Narender built his practice, from Northern California to the entire world. He moved from selling businesses to selling up to billon Plus value properties

Narender obtained a specialization in the hospitality industry while building and developing several branded hotels and restaurant chains that he owns, manages, and operates.
